Our firm has access to a number of public companies having no active business operations and few or no assets. These companies can be purchased allowing your company to be publicly traded. Keep in mind, all companies do not meet the minimum qualifications to secure a listing on the NASDAQ, New York or American Stock Exchanges. This option can be structured and managed in such a way as to allow for equity appreciation and liquidity. Generally the company would be trading in the "Over The Counter" (OTC) market.
